My Story
SAM Housing was founded in South Africa in 2020 with the pursuit of creating beautiful spaces that people interact with. SAM Housing was founder by Sam Melato. Whether I’m designing a new building lobby or developing a house, my goal is to create beautiful houses that my clients are happy with my projects. Behind every beautiful building is a great design. You can hire a consultant so you can design your website together. A consultant cost R500 plus the house plan price.

Our house plans projects take 7 days to be created and our building projects take 6 months.
